Having been out of a ride competitive ride since 2007, a year in which he dominated a division that no longer exists, at a track that is now closed, Riendeau came into the final DNQ race of the season without a goddamn clue as to how all this shit works. Clearly, that made him a perfect candidate for the third broke racing team entry, the newly minted golden 69er. He exceeded expectations by qualifying top ten, thereby skipping the B-main race and qualifying straight into the big show. The kart seemed pretty good, and with the Hammer Kart tires he maintained well during the feature, only stepping on his dick a handful of times.
